Terms and Conditions

By purchasing you understand and agree to the following statements:

• You are responsible for shipping or dropping off your bouquet/flowers to Saved Arrangements
• You understand if your bouquet is shipped outside of store hours, on weekends, or holidays we will not be there to accept the pacakge.
• You understand that flowers are preserved in the condition they are received. If they are not fit for preservation we will contact you about our recreation services.
• You understand that not all flowers will be used due to thickness, flower condition, and/or lack of space
• You understand that you are responsible for labeling all items in your shipment box, and if this is ignored you understand the contents may be discarded
• You understand that flowers do fade, change color/shade and appearance during the preservation process
• You understand that the artist has creative liberty of designing the bouquet frame. Customizations will be considered, but are not required to adhere too.
• You understand if you are responsible for providing us updated shipping information if your address changes before your item is shipped.
• You understand that delays can happen during the preservation process that may cause the completed time to be longer 

You will virtually sign this agreement when adding your bouquet preservation item(s) to your cart.
