Refunds and Returns

Handcrafted preserved flower art by Saved Arrangements represents unique and subjective creative expressions. Artistic interpretation plays a crucial role, so it is recommended to thoroughly research and approve an artist's showcased work before commissioning them. Please be aware that, like any artist, Saved Arrangements may not offer refunds or returns based on subjective preferences for finished pieces.

All payments made are non-refundable without exceptions.

If flowers are not received within a week of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Order cancellations are accepted at any time, but it's important to note that all payments made are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

 

Orders are subject to cancellation if:

  1. Non-receipt of payment within 15 days from the issued invoice.
  2. Failure to submit your Design Review Form by our second reminder or within the requested 10-day timeframe.
  3. If flowers are not received within the week of the booking.

If either party terminates the order for any reason, you are obligated to settle payments for delivered invoices and incurred fees up to the termination date.

Failure to fulfill payment or submission obligations within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the order.

In the event of untimely payment, all outstanding payments become immediately due. If payment is not completed within 15 days of our notice, we reserve the right to terminate your order.
